A knitted cardigan is one of those garments you don't think you need until you actually own one and wonder how the hell you survived without it. Part knitwear, part jacket, part comfort blanket, our Britten cardigan is the perfect sum of those parts! This version comes in a two-tone style, with a sand body and tan detailing through the soft spread collar, placket, cuffs and waist. Woven from 100% extrafine wool, it has a beautiful handle. Layered over a tee, it can be worn open or closed and will instantly polish a casual look with some preppy panache.

Measurements are taken from the outside of the garment, lying flat and then doubled for your convenience. Therefore, a 20" chest lying flat will measure 40" around.

With this knit, you may experience some pilling or balling in areas of friction - this is perfectly natural! Restore your knitwear by using a knitwear comb or sweater stone to gently lift away any pilling that may occur.
We always recommend hand-washing knitwear – it’s the surest way to maintain the shape and hand-feel of your knit. Avoid using biological detergents as they can contain enzymes that harm wool fibres.
Dry your knitwear on a flat surface to maintain the shape and away from direct heat – do not dry on a radiator or in front of an open fire (for obvious reasons). Store your knitwear in a dry, clean space – avoid hanging it in a wardrobe as this may affect the shape. We recommend using cedar balls within your storage to deter clothes moths.
